HRATV will promote excellence and community engagement through the development of human resource professionals.

We are committed to achieving our mission by:

•  Increasing the effectiveness of human resource professionals in the strategic management of organizations
• Providing personal and professional development to the membership
• Offering a forum for collaboration and professional networking
• Providing service and partnership with academic, business, legal and community organizations
