The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to announce the January Professional Development and Networking Program "What's Your Passion? What's Your Purpose? Conquering 2026" presented by Brandon Johnson. Start 2026 with clarity, courage, and commitment! This high-energy, interactive workshop is designed specifically for HR leaders who excelled in 2025 and are ready to conquer 2026. Through engaging exercises, honest reflection, and actionable tools, participants will rediscover their passion, clarify their purpose, and make the mental shift from surviving to thriving. This isn't about managing another year—it's about transforming your organization's culture and elevating HR leadership. Attendees will leave with three practical tools they can implement immediately, a clear vision for 2026, and renewed energy to lead with intention. 

This month, we are offering a hybrid meeting format. Attendees may choose either the in-person or virtual option during registration. Please note that the session will not be recorded; virtual participants must attend live during the scheduled program time. The chat will be actively monitored to support speaker engagement and address questions as appropriate.
