This month, we are piloting a hybrid meeting format to gauge interest and inform future programming decisions. Attendees may choose either the in-person or virtual option during registration. Please note that the session will not be recorded; virtual participants must attend live during the scheduled program time. The chat will be actively monitored to support speaker engagement and address questions as appropriate.

Zoom access will be provided exclusively to registered virtual attendees 24 hours prior to the event.

Managing Transitions

Change is all around us and happening to most of us. It has become a constant aspect of life, particularly evident with the ongoing impacts of the pandemic, shifts in workplace dynamics, and ever present political and economic uncertainty.

For some of us, change brings energy and excitement. For some of us, we may feel anxiety or even dread. Whether change is occurring in our personal or organizational lives, we can navigate change with more ease when we understand the powerful distinction between change and transitions, as well as the three phases of transition.

This workshop introduces a time-tested framework based on the renowned work of William Bridges that helps us better understand and navigate transitions.

Workshop Benefits

  • Learn about the three stages of transition and their accompanying emotions
  • Acquire strategies to more successfully navigate the stages of transition
  • Explore a change you’ve experienced using this model
  • Grow your ability to navigate change and transitions

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Shannon Rush-Call is the co-founder of Strelo Group, a women-owned boutique consulting firm dedicated to guiding organizations through change with strength and love. Established in 2020 during a global pandemic and a lot of change, Strelo assists leaders across industries to create human-centered strategies that move people, teams, and cultures forward together.

With over two decades of experience in leading change and building inclusive cultures, Shannon honed her expertise in complex global environments of Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, Microsoft, and Micron Technology.

As the director of Global Organizational Effectiveness at Micron from 2015 to 2019, Shannon was instrumental in a multi-year cultural transformation affecting 34,000 employees across 17 countries, focusing on vision, core values, and performance management.

In addition to leading Strelo’s business, Shannon serves as an executive coach, trusted advisor, and facilitator for Strelo’s clients, cultivating commitment and empowering leaders to build healthy cultures.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western State Colorado University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Idaho, along with numerous professional certifications. She is a 2025 Idaho Business Review Woman of the Year Honoree, a 2018 Tribute to Women in Industry Award Honoree, and previously served as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Fellow for Boise State’s Blue Sky Institute.
