ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Michele Hinrichs is an HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Her work history includes private and public entities, with everything from Fortune 50 companies to the State of Idaho.

She thrives as a partner to her customers and uses a collaborative approach to building relationships and empowering leaders and employees. She holds a B.A. degree in Human Resources Management from Boise State University along with SHRM CP and PHR certifications. Michele has extensive training, including leadership development, change management, and culture correction.

Michele grew up in Idaho and enjoys all the wonderful outdoor activities our state has to offer like fishing, water skiing, snow skiing, riding motorcycles, play golf, hiking, riding rodeo, and so much more!
