Connect, Share, and Learn at HRATV's HR Roundtable Session
HRATV's February Professional Development and Networking Program will be an HR Roundtable session. This is a forum to connect, network, and exchange valuable information with other HR peers. The HR Roundtable session will provide an opportunity to share best practices and discuss challenges and opportunities facing HR today. This will be a facilitated discussion and a great place to exchange ideas, stay up-to-date on HR developments, and build relationships with other HR professionals from around the Treasure Valley. Whether you are part of a big HR team or an HR department of one, this discussion will foster a valuable array of insights and perspectives.

MEET OUR FACILITATOR
Leah Goede is the Sr. Organizational Development Program Manager for St. Luke’s Health System in Boise. Throughout her career, Leah has worked with leaders and teams in corporations, non-profits, and higher education, finding great joy and satisfaction in seeing leaders make transformational shifts in not only their work environments but their personal ones as well. Leah is passionate about designing and facilitating learning experiences that provide leadership mindset and skillset shifts, specializing in the organizational applications of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, empathy, communication, and lasting behavior change. She also coaches teams through strategic planning, team dynamics, succession planning, and performance management solutions.
Leah received an M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University and did her post-graduate internship at UCLA with the Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior. Prior to earning her master’s degree, Leah received her B.A. in International Relations and worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Global Agricultural Policy.
