The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the May program, "Employer Branding: How to Use Marketing Strategies to Attract Talent" presented by Cammas Freeman and Lily Marshall. Employer Branding is more important than ever to a company’s hiring strategy. It's what makes you stand out to candidates and helps your recruiting team attract a more qualified talent pool. Not focusing on employer branding can impact a company’s ability to hire the best talent. During this meeting you will learn:

  • What is employer branding
  • Why it matters
  • Who should be involved in employer branding
  • Metrics to help measure your employer brand
  • Things you can do today to start your employer brand strategy

Cammas Freeman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a talent strategy leader and founder of StackRock Talent. She has over 15 years combined experience in recruiting, human resources, technology and marketing. She helps companies — big or small — develop digital talent attraction strategies that target the right talent, more efficiently and cost effectively. Thinking differently about talent acquisition is critical to hiring success in a candidate-driven and talent shortage environment, Cammas’ passion is helping hiring teams take their talent acquisition to the next level.

Lily Marshall, is the former the Head of Internal Communications at Redbull. She currently runs her own company, Monday Morning Networks, and her biggest client is RedBull!
