HRATV EXECUTIVE LUNCHEON

Invite your company executives now!

The luncheon is free for executive guests who are not HRATV members.  This is a great opportunity to educate your company executives about HRATV!

The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the March executive Luncheon program, “Watch Your Step! Avoiding Compliance Pitfalls" presented by Sally Wineman, J.D.  Tracking various laws and regulations impacting employee benefits can divert time and resources from an employer's core functions such as recruiting top talent, developing strategic benefits and compensation programs and meeting cost targets. How can employers keep pace with evolving legislative and regulatory initiatives and still have the time, resources, and drive to sustain a destination workplace? In this presentation, Sally Wineman, JD, a nationally recognized benefits legal consultant, will be your ultimate compliance mentor, providing an overview of the risks and pitfalls, as well as practical steps to ensure your organization’s benefits program is ready for what lies ahead.

Throughout her 25-year tenure in the employee benefits industry, Sally Wineman, J.D. has specialized in developing effective strategies for organizational compliance with rules and regulations impacting employee benefits. Prior to joining Gallagher, she worked in private legal practice. Sally is a graduate of the University of Montana and the University of Michigan Law School. Sally has earned acclaim as a speaker and educator in the regional business community. Sally regularly speaks at conferences and seminars nationwide on healthcare reform (PPACA), HIPAA, compliance audits and other key compliance topics affecting organizations. Located at the downtown Bellevue office of Gallagher Benefit Services, Sally works with clients and consultants throughout the western region comprising Washington State, Oregon, California, Idaho, Utah and Colorado.

Castle of Cans

JUST THINK OF IT!!!!  IF EVERY MEMBER OF HRATV BROUGHT A CASE OF CANNED FOOD TO OUR MONTHLY MEETING ON MARCH 22nd, WE COULD BUILD THE MOST REGAL, ROYAL AND GENEROUS CASTLE OF ALL TIME FOR THE BOISE RESCUE MISSION IN THE NAME OF HRATV!

Let’s support the Boise Rescue Mission with their 7th Annual Can-Castle Building Contest.  Let’s really make a huge impact for the Rescue Mission by each and every one of us donating A CASE of canned food EACH to help feed those less fortunate in our community. There are so many great providers of canned food by the case at amazingly affordable prices such as the Grocery Outlet, Winco, Costco, etc. Let’s show our community how much HRATV cares and build the biggest Castle of Cans of ALL TIME!!!!  If you’re able to spare a few minutes after our monthly meeting, please stay and let your creativity shine by helping build the HRATV castle of cans.
