The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the September program, "Experts of Our Potential – Understanding Why We Win Today…So We Can Keep Winning Tomorrow" presented by Brian Fretwell.

What if you were an expert of potential? What if you knew exactly what it was that made you successful in such a way that you could comfortably replicate it in the midst of change, uncertainty, and total disruption? What if you could do the same with your team?

Based on the book “Experts of Our Potential” A Story that will Change How You Deliver Value¸ Brian Fretwell will lead you through an interactive hour-long session that will give you the high-level skills needed to analyze, test, and replicate your unique recipe for success.

In the process, you will find out why knowing “Why You Win” is vitally important for your brain, your market sustainability, and for realizing your leadership potential.

Brian Fretwell is an international speaker and consultant helping clients utilize brain tools and human performance strategies to help clients improve cultures and individuals improve their leadership.

He has delivered brain-based workshops and keynotes from the outback of Australia to the Arctic Circle and Leadership Development programs on the Gettysburg Battlefield and even in a coffee shop, impromptu, which turned out pretty cool.

The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
