The Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley is pleased to present the August program, "Values-Based Leadership: Using Personal Core Values to Lead with Integrity," presented by Abbey Louie.  We lead and perform most effectively when we are true to ourselves.  In order to do this, we must know ourselves -- what we stand for, what's important to us -- our core values. These core values guide every decision, behavior and goal we set.

In this session, we will walk through an exercise to identify our core values and then learn practical tools to asses how well we are living according to these values.  Using values as a compass enables us to lead with integrity.

Lastly, we will explore the importance and impact of alignment between personal core values and company values.

Abbey Louie is the founder and owner of Elan Consulting Group, based in the Treasure Valley.  She uses over a decade of Fortune 100 Talent Management experience to help organizations accelerate business performance through effective leadership, healthy team dynamics, and enhanced employee engagement.  She is passionate about empowering individuals and teams to be their best.
