2023 Conference Sponsorship Opportunities


The 2023 Annual Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley (HRATV) Conference will take place on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at the Boise Centre in downtown Boise, Idaho. This year’s theme is Launching the Future.

Our mission is to promote opportunities for HR professionals to ENGAGE, INSPIRE AND LEAD. In partnership with the academic, business, legal, and community organizations, the annual HRATV Conference is one way our non-profit organization provides personal and professional development to its membership of 400. We are seeking a variety of sponsors and offer multiple platforms for your company to partner with us this year. Our goal is to exceed last year’s registration numbers of approximately 250 attendees. That translates to your company’s information being presented to as many as 400 members and attendees.

Your sponsorship contributes to the conference and our chapter in many ways, allowing us to bring national speakers with timely information regarding our chosen profession.  You may choose from a variety of sponsorship levels.  Please review the chart below to compare the benefits of each level and to select the one that is right for your company.

Sponsorship Levels

  • Platinum Sponsor $4,000 (SOLD OUT)
  • Networking Hour Sponsor $3,500 (SOLD OUT)
  • Gold Sponsor $3,000  (SOLD OUT)
  • Coffee Hour Sponsor $2,000 (SOLD OUT)
  • Silver Sponsor $1,500 (SOLD OUT)
  • Bronze Sponsor $1,000 (13 total)
  • Exhibitor $500 (20 total)
  • Grand Prize Donation (SOLD OUT)
Late fee of $200 will be added for all registrations after 3/31/23 and there is no guarantee that your company will be listed in the event program.



All benefits are subject to print deadlines. Each sponsorship will be individually packaged for maximum exposure.
